• Payment information: the reference of your bank transfer or deposit and the proof of payment you send us.
• On-site security: limited CCTV footage in public common areas (such as the lobby or garden), strictly for guest safety.

• To secure, manage and tailor your room reservation.
• To arrange services for you, such as transfers, local tours and in-room dining.

• The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads only when you scroll to it.
• When you book or send us a message, we receive the details you enter in the form.
