About The Beach House

The Beach House is the only luxury boutique hotel and restaurant on the un-spoilt Carabao Island which is the nearest island to Boracay in the Philippines. 

It is located right on the beautiful beach in the small fishing village of Lanas on the west side of the island with views of Boracay. Nestled amongst coconut palms, the hotel design is inspired by a fusion of Classical and Chinese styles with just 6 luxury bedrooms, a gourmet verandah restaurant overlooking the sea, a rustic round beach bar, and a fabulous panoramic roof deck perfect for viewing the stunning sunsets.

We treat all our guests as individuals and will help you avail all opportunities that the island has to offer so you get the most from your holiday. The coral reef right in front of the hotel has a fabulous variety of corals, fish, and starfish which keeps many of our visitors delighted most of the time (we have snorkeling gear and the dive center is just 10 mins away), but those who want to discover the natural beauty of the island, then the hiking is great and we have trips by one of our 4×4 vehicles into the jungle, up in the mountains, to bat caves and fabulous viewpoints. We can tailor make exciting trips in one of our 3 boats to sea caves, cliff dives, bat caves, and deserted beaches.

We are passionate about our food and wine. We like to use fresh organic locally grown food and fresh fish from the local fisherman. As well as an extensive menu we have daily specials, which should not be missed!
